EnMap

A map-based system that brings together infrastructure asset data, maintenance planning, and issue resolution, all in one place

EnMap is a visual, map-based system that gives you full control over your fixed assets – reducing labour by up to 30% and maintenance costs by 15–20%.

All documentation, planning and case management is gathered and available directly in the field and at the office – resulting in faster workflows, fewer errors and more sustainable management.

Inefficient mantineansce costs time and money

Operation and maintenance account for up to 75% of a facility's total costs – yet information is often scattered, difficult to access and outdated. This leads to unnecessary downtime, high costs and time-consuming troubleshooting. Technicians can spend 1–2 hours a day searching for the right data, which slows down workflow and makes planning difficult.

At the same time, there is an increasing demand for quick access to accurate information, both for effective crisis management and to meet regulatory requirements. Without a consolidated overview, organisations risk losing control of their assets.

Complete control over dispersed assets

EnMap is a web-based mapping tool that acts as a digital twin of your technical assets – from water and electricity to park areas and buildings. By documenting each object with geometry, attributes and history, a mirror image of reality is created that provides insight, traceability and better decision-making.

In your projects, contractors and designers gain access to better documentation and smoother workflows – for example, you can order work directly from a case, which saves time. The system is based on a data-sharing model where information flows seamlessly between EnMap and other digital support via API connections to other systems. This means you avoid duplication of work and get a single source of truth – accessible both in the field and in the office.

“It has to be easy to use for those who aren’t used to it – and it really is.”

“I used to drive to the office to check the map, now I solve everything on the tablet.”

“EnMap is a smooth and powerful tool.”

“The support from Tyréns is insanely good!"

EnMap's strengths

Gather all assets in an interactive map
EnMap provides an overview of all your fixed assets in an interactive map that serves as a central platform for documentation, maintenance and case management.

Smooth updating and complete history
Update assets directly online, attach photos, instructions and video reports, and access history and planned work for each item.

Efficient maintenance and case management
EnMap includes a built-in maintenance module that supports both planned and emergency measures. Case management is integrated from start to finish – directly in the map.

Flexible deployment
The system is web-based and can be installed on your own servers (for regulated or business-critical environments) or used via a cloud subscription.

Easy to use – both in the office and in the field
EnMap's user interface is intuitive and designed for easy and smooth use. This means that both decision-makers and field staff can get started quickly.

Fixed assets
EnMap already covers a wide range of assets – from electricity, fibre and lighting to district heating, district cooling, water and sewage, buildings, tracks and various types of surfaces.
